Moving day!

Moving day is finally upon us! Today and tomorrow we will be packing up the main office and the warehouse, loading the lorries and being ready to start the Cwmbran adventure on Monday!

We've got the new and improved Airquee team in training - Keiren and Sue joined us just as we're in the chaos of moving! They, along with Andrew in Repairs, will be forming the admin team on the front desk of Cwmbran, ready to battle any and all queries you have for them!

PLEASE NOTE - If you wish to collect your inflatable/s from us, as of today this must be done from our new Cwmbran office. The head office and warehouse are now located at Duel House, Llandowlais Street, Cwmbran, NP44 7XB. Please call before coming to collect so we can ensure that everything is ready for you.

Delays, goodbyes and moving!

Other words for busy: Active, unavailable, working, employed, engaged, engrossed, occupied, overloaded, persevering, diligent, having enough on one's plate...There's enough words for everyone to have their own adjective! And with the beautiful weather, it's easy to understand why everyone wants inflatables!

One of the lorries en route from the factory has been caught in the strike delays at Calais in France - customers that may be affected have been contacted. We're doing everything we can to get things delivered on time but the reality is there is very little we can do - the situation is completely out of our control. So if you have had that bit of bad news, thank you for understanding and not shouting at poor Erika!

The big change in Airquee HQ this week is that Rita, our lovely receptionist, is leaving us. Again. Some of you may remember that she did this before at Christmas only to return in February, to the delight of all! This is now however a permanent change and she will be greatly missed by everyone. We all wish her the very best of luck in her new job.

But! There is a lot to look forward to at Airquee! We have some new staff joining (more about them as the year goes on), we've bought a load of desks and chairs because...We're moving! You keep demanding more and more of our inflatables, so we need more and more space to keep up! Our new premises in Cwmbran, South Wales are more than four times the size of our current building, so we'll have more room for stock, repairs and the new showroom!

From the 20th July, all collections, deliveries, and showroom visits will need to be done in Cwmbran!

Busy is better!

One of the best problems we have to complain about at Team Airquee is being so very busy! We have been inundated with enquiries and orders, the sales team are never off the phone! Next year we think we'll have to remind everyone - if you want an inflatable for the summer, you need to order early! At the moment any new orders will be delivered in August!

Over in the factory we're working through the orders as fast as we can - but even with two teams of machinists going full time AND doing overtime we still have so many orders to go! If you're waiting for your brand new inflatable, rest assured we will get it to you as fast as we can!

On our Airquee Online website however, we still have our e-range in stock - it is limited and very popular so make sure you get online and order now with next working day delivery!
