Is it Christmas yet?

The answer to that is not yet, but it is exactly one month away! Time is moving faster than everyone realizes, and that includes how long you have left if you want an inflatable before the factory closes for Christmas. The factory has been extremely busy this year and the final lorry to come to Cwmbran will soon be full, so it’s important that if you want your inflatable, you call us and we will do what we can! December is all about caring, and we, as always, will do everything we can to make sure you get your unit as soon as possible. Our festive treat to you!

At the office in Cwmbran, we’re back to a near full house once again, which is good timing as our Black Friday sale has left the phones ringing none stop! Phil and Mark were back in the office this week, and Mark has already gone on his travels again and is attending our Netherlands Show which is being held today and throughout the weekend. We’ve been getting updates and it is proving to be another good show! Mark will be back in the office next week, Kerry will be back from her travels, and there won’t be a free seat in the office.

Since we’re talking about all the travelling the Airquee employees are doing recently, we may as well let you know about the visitors to Cwmbran! From our Romanian factory we have Viktor from Marketing and Adam from Logistics here to make our processes even better, review what a successful year 2016 has been, and make 2017 even better! As with every week, we’re busy once again because we aim to make every unit with the highest quality and won’t compromise on anything to do that, and with December being the month of giving and caring, Airquee shows how much we are about our customer service by giving 120%!

Being Busy is Good!

Just like we mentioned last week, we have Phil and Mark over in Romania planning for the upcoming year, preparing the upcoming new and innovative ideas with our marvelous crew. This means Cwmbran is still not a full office but really, really busy. The office is going to be even more quite, because Kerry has left for 2 weeks, travelling as far from us as possible, all the way to Australia. Showing true Kerryan fashion (it’s not a word, but it should be!) that she is dedicated and has even given a number to contact her on during her days off! Just because our Directors are not in the office, that doesn’t necessarily mean we can slack even a bit - we always make sure you get the best possible services!

In other news, we’ve had a Photo Shoot and the model is our fantastic new addition to the e-Range, the 12 x 12 Side Slide Combi! It’s been a busy and fun time for everyone involved, and makes us remember when we first launched the e-Range last year, and doing this for 6 products. We’ve even managed to get a shot of the set! You can see our brilliant e-Range Side Slide in the Ocean theme, having all the heavy duty equipment ready to be doing magic!

Last but not least, because we’re keeping the theme “busy but good,” transport day is really close, and we have a lot of units ready to make our customers happy! Take a look at what we’ve got in store for you, and this is just a small portion of the next shipment, which will join the mountain of stock and customer orders ready for dispatch in Cwmbran. It’s that time of year!

It’s a sign of the time of year, when everyone has realised that they have enjoyed their work and they have so much annual leave they have to take it off before it’s gone. This has ended up, as you’d expect, with fewer people in the office. What it hasn’t affected though is the number of calls we’ve received and how busy the people here are, so from the outside view we’re still giving the same fantastic service as ever!

Another reason that the office is emptier is because Phil and Mark are off in Romania again providing training for new processes and staff which help us make our fantastic inflatables! We have had a large number of newer products this year and it’s all thanks to the fantastic team effort.

This was shown today when we had a lorry from the factory packed with your orders! It’s always great to see the team work together and have the whole process end in the pallets all packed and customers which are very happy with their purchase!

Well, it’s a short post today, but an especially busy week. Be sure to stop by next week and see what has been happening in the inflatable world of Airquee! I think that could almost be our new strapline…

Remember, remember…

The autumn 2016 inflatable trade show season is at an end now, and it’s been fantastic for us. Our most recent show was also one of the most successful ones, which might sound like a bold statement since we make it so often, but it is absolutely true! Our Sales Team made up of Wayne, Phil, Mark, Tilda and Erika spent the whole day speaking to customers, both existing and new, and success doesn’t cover half of what the show was for us. It’s times like this when we really show our team spirit and the reward always process just how well the Airquee team, both in UK and Romania, are capable of working together to bring you fantastic results. 

Outside of the inflatable world, we have had Halloween on Monday, and here in the UK we have bonfire night. For the hirers here in the UK it will definitely be a busy weekend and with Christmas less than two months away it will be sure to carry on. We have this in mind and have been slowly increasing our stock levels of both Airquee and Airquee Online products, so you won’t be caught out with a double booked inflatable.

Showing our innovation for inflatable products, we posted about our Tractor Trailer Obstacle earlier in the week and it’s definitely been a hit with everyone. We have some fantastic new ideas to talk about soon and we can’t wait to finalise everything so that it’s perfect for you. 

Not Long Left Now

It’s been a busy few months, and the shows have taken a lot of preparation so we are able to show everyone what Airquee is truly capable of. The next show, which will be our final for 2016, is our Northern Ireland Show which is tomorrow! We’ve been speaking about it for quite a bit and our staff which will be at the show can’t wait to meet all the guests. With a whole host of new inflatables, and some nice surprises, you will want to be there.

Here in Cwmbran, the temperatures are dropping slightly, and with Christmas now less than two months away (as several people in the office like to remind people), it’s just two more public holidays until the festive season starts to make its face known everywhere. Our festive themed inflatable products are fantastic for getting everyone in the mood, and we had one of our Airquee Snow Globe Bouncers inflated in the showroom earlier this week. The fun 3D artwork is great and a member of our Sales Team may have found a new crush…

We're All Geared Up, and it's OFFICIAL!

The Official Airquee Northern Ireland Show is just over a week away, and after the lull of the September trio (not that it’s left us with nothing to do, exactly the opposite in fact!) we have been busy preparing for it. We’ve had a slew of new products which we have been featuring across all of social media for the past two weeks. It’s been a fantastic chance to show what our innovative design team is capable of, and just today we’ve been talking all about our newest playzone!

With the Official Airquee Northern Ireland Show in just over one week, we’ve been busy with preparations. With staff from our Cwmbran and Romania offices, we will have many people on hand to answer any questions you might have regarding the units. It will also be a great chance for our loyal and new Irish customers to place their orders ahead of the New Year rush of orders, and make sure they have their amazing new inflatables ready for their busy season starting in April.

And speaking of placing orders early, it’s not only residents of Ireland who would be wise to place the orders as soon as possible. Every year we would like to advise people to place their orders by the end of November to make sure that they are prepared for the busy months too. We’ve got loads of products for indoors, outdoors and even in the pool so be sure to check our website and order your perfect inflatable ahead of everyone else!

Now, since it’s Friday and the office staff are leaving for the weekend, time to go and test out the inflatables in the show room. (shhh, don’t tell…)

The September Trio of Shows!

It’s been a busy few weeks at Airquee, and with the events and whole host of new products, we’re not short on things to talk about!

The first show to start, but only by a few hours, was the Leisure Industry Week held at the NEC in Birmingham. It was a fantastic show and with Kerry, Ollie and Wayne all there, along with a low version of our 3 in 1 Sports Game, the stand was definitely a hit. We had returning customers and people just discovering Airquee visit our stand and witness the fantastic quality of our inflatables. We are also already preparing for next year’s show, with a little something extra planned!

The second show was the Euro Attractions Show in Barcelona. Mark, Phil and Sol were fortunate enough to attend this event, but there’s no rest for people here at Airquee! With not a second to spare, and the fantastic Sol spreading the word of Airquee across multiple languages, it was our best EAS yet! We had a fully printed air building manufactured specifically for the show and the quality and printing were so good, people were enquiring about having their very own.

With a small reprieve for our travelling Sales Team, they were then travelling to Coventry for what was arguably the biggest inflatables show of the year, the Leisure Supplies Show. With a huge stand space, we had a chance to show the full force of Airquee, with upwards of 7 new products launched. From the brand new Helter Twist Dome and 10ft Platform Rush Slide, to new versions of existing products with our Play ‘n’ Slide Kingdoms, 8ft Platform Helter Skelter and 8 ft Platform Curved Bounce ‘n’ Slide, it really was the stand to visit! It wasn’t just the new products which were a definite hit, we took down a pair of our Walking Tubes and the videos of those were definitely something to see.
